We don't always realize we choose to be in whatever energy we find ourselves as we are not always looking at the bigger the picture of the grander plan of all things all the time, however we can always choose how we respond to what is happening around us.
This weeks topic is to just be yourself. Take a deep breath, keep calm, and be yourself. That truly is all you ever need to be and if it isn't enough for those around you, perhaps its time to change those around you.
It isn't always easy, and you are not alone. The wonderful world of the internet (which just celebrated its 25th anniversary) has changed that. We can easily be together honouring our contracts of friendship and support from all over the planet and it is powerful.
Celebrate who you are in all of your glorious aspects and just trust yourself and be yourself.
When I studied English Lit, this was one of my top ten poems and now all of these years later, it speaks to me on an entirely new level and a masterpiece of timeless wisdom...

To Be Nobody-But-Yourself
Almost anybody
can learn to think or believe or know,
but not a single human being
can be taught to feel
Why?
Because whenever you think or you believe or you know,
you are a lot of other people:
but the moment you feel
you are
nobody-but-yourself.
To be nobody-but-yourself
in a world which is doing its best
night and day
to make you everybody else
means to fight the hardest battle
which any human being can fight;
and
never stop fighting.
