Keep Calm and Put the Kettle On

Keep Calm and Put the Kettle On
Sage advise during times of energy influx when those of us who do coffee table counselling with friends and family or those of us who do sessions for a living as these are often times when things get busy as people are trying to find their footing while the log beneath them keeps spinning and if they stop they will surely sink into the great abyss that lays in the water beneath them. Which pretty much sums it up out there and sounded like a good place to start.

I do love on Big Bang Theory how Sheldon makes tea when things are rough as it is the right thing to do, even if you don't drink tea. His mother taught him that and it is just good manners. I have to say that I was brought up on offering coffee or tea to those who enter your home as a welcoming and so what feels more inviting that a nice spot of tea and some good company!  (although Sheldon does still sometimes just make it for himself even when he is not the one in distress)

If you find yourself needing a little nurturing, a nice cup of camomile or perhaps even Valerian with lemon balm tea will help to sooth your soul and some music of tranquillity and some good friends, a good book, or a great meditation  to support you and you will be just fine.
